Nobody expects you to know your exact completion date before the work has started. Tell us when you expect to need the house and how long you think the renovation will take. Pick your move-in and move-out dates on the calendar. We normally let in whole months, so most stays run month to month, but choose the dates that actually suit your programme. If the dates you need appear unavailable, enquire anyway: renovation programmes move in both directions and circumstances change.

£7,500 per calendar month, including the move-in ready house, council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, weekly cleaning, a weekly gardener, a pre- and post-stay deep clean and a check-in and check-out agent — all handled by us.
